We are a luggage storage and logistics company which specialises in pre check-in/post check-out luggage storage as well as luggage transportation solutions for the traveller, digital nomad, hospitality and events industry.
Based in Cape Town, South Africa, we provide a solution for the lost hours experienced by travellers who want to explore more but are limited by their luggage or those who just wish to move between accommodations.
We also offer a safe and secure multi-day storage solution for travellers who plan to spend a few days visiting other parts of our beautiful country, such as the scenic Garden Route or one of South Africa's popular game reserves, without excess luggage.

How do I book a Bag Drop?
Simply complete our online WhatsApp form to book a Bag Drop and one of our Dispatchers will get back to you ASAP or try out our new web-app to book immediately. You will need to provide us with details such as Collection location and time as well as your Delivery location and time. You will receive booking notifications via WhatsApp chat and email. Please note there is a 10 minute service time per booking.
Where and when does Bag Drop operate?
Bag Drop operates in the Cape Town CBD and greater Atlantic Seaboard area. (see our Serviceable Areas here).
Our service operates Monday -Sunday, from 08:00 to 18:00.

Does Bag Drop offer Airport and Cruise Terminal delivery?
Yes! Our drivers can collect from and deliver to both the Cape Town International Airport and Cape Town Cruise Terminal.
